Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 350SLD HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder (up to 300mm wide) which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The discharge of the feeder will be a 350 wide discharge to support your product widths up to 300mm wide. Once a start sensor detects a base sheet on your existing folder gluer the feeder will use the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback to accurately place the product during ramp up and ramp down. The system will be mounted onto an extruded mounting assembly over your existing line. Optional items: Pressure roller (with and without motor) to aid the transfer from the feeder to your existing base (to be used when not using your existing folder gluer overhead roller tracks), vacuum chamber and vacuum piab (not including air source) to provide increased feeding friction to the product, Full Open Frame Discharge Assembly, Upgraded Open Frame Assembly, HDCSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Cantilevered Stand on Rollers to mount the APL and the feeder, APL 2000-290 Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity.
