Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 550XED Wash-down Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed corrugated pizza circles from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be equipped with an Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity to the system. Once a dry contact is received from your controller the feeder will dispense a product. The system will be mounted onto a stand to support the feeder and APL.
Notes: Texwrap WO 2018062 7/26: Belt delayed. Due tomorrow. It must ship tomorrow. Scheduling dedicated truck for Monday delivery. 7/19: Belts due to ship 7/25 7/12: Issue with pulley on drive motor. It is crowned when it needed to be flat. Going to full width belt instead of individual. 6/21: APL and frame plating has been delayed. Likely parts won't be delivered until 6/27. 6/14: Feeder in process in production. Still waiting on APL and frame. 6/6: No change 5/31: Frames due week of June 11. In line behind Bernatello's. 5/24: Waiting on parts. In production queue behind Bernatello's. Waiting on frames. 5/17: Waiting on parts. 5/10: Waiting for parts. 5/3: Parts all on order. 4/26: Quoting parts. 4/19: In procurement.
