Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 950SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your cartons from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder can run in single shot or batch count mode with the use of an internal trigger or in continuous mode. The system will mount onto a HDSR 1000-950 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for mobility. Optional items: Discharge Side Guiding to register the product in the discharge of the feeder, Accutipping Repeat Controller to follow the speed of your existing conveyor.
Notes: Thermo Fisher WO 2018049 6/21: Still waiting on video approval. Difficult to get a hold of. Need to film set up video. 6/14: Waiting for video approval. May not be until early next week. 6/6: Bob doing integration. Should be done mid or late tomorrow. 5/31: Just started in production.
