Project Scope: The proposed system consist of a MFT IP 250SLD HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. An APL 2000-190 Automatic Product Loader will provide increased loading capacity to the system. The feeder will use the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback to provide accurate product placement during your line speed changes and variations. The unit will be mounted onto a crank adjustable stand on rollers to allow the system to easily be moved in and out of the line. An Open Frame Discharge will provide a narrow discharge to provide easy installation to your line.
