Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 250SLD HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be accurately placed using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back. The feeder will be equipped with an extruded mounting assembly to mount the feeder to your base. The Open Frame Discharge has been included in the proposal which will allow the edge of the CR - 80 to stick slightly past one of the side frames of the discharge so that your card can be centered on the backer. Optional items: High Performance Drive Package for increased speeds beyond 300 ppm, APL 1000-190 (1 meter long) and APL 2000-190 (2 meter long) Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity, APL inline extruded mounting assembly, Installation and Training (separate quote), Relay Interface Box to provide a dry contact when the feeder stops.
