Project Scope: The proposed system consists of two Multifeeder Technology MFT 550 IP3 Industrial Performance Friction feeder systems to present metal gaskets onto an existing transport conveyor perpendicular to flow for further processing at a rate of up to 40 per minute. The MFT 550 feeder will gently separate the gaskets from an inclined stack and will transfer them one at time onto the 375mm (14.76") discharge of the feeder. A Vacuum Track Assembly consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travels over the chamber will be used to allow the feeder to best grip the products as they are fed. No Tool Change Over parts include metal plate holders, quick lock handles, linear scales to mark the position of the guides, and side guides that are cut over the top of the feed belts to allow for quick and easy change over. Siko Counters will be used on feeder stripper wheel, discharge assembly, and exit roller assemblies to allow the operator to set the position to a numeric scale. This proposal assumes that the gaskets are of good quality free of excessive burs and sharp edges. Feed belts, discharge belts, and stripper wheel are normal wear parts and are not covered under warranty. Each feeder will feed a gasket onto the existing transport conveyor a user select rate per minute using the feeder's demo mode. Each MFT 550 IP3 will present the gaskets onto the conveyor with a user-selected space between them. The conveyor will transport the metal gaskets into a cleaning machine for further processing so there needs to be a space between the gaskets as they travel on the conveyor. An APL 2000-1485 Automatic Product Loader (2000mm x 485mm) inline configuration will be used to allow for an optimum stack height in the in feed magazine of the feeder and for increased in feed magazine capacity. The Automatic Product Loaders will be configure with knurled pulleys and low friction support plates to accommodate the heavy gasket products. Each MFT 550 system will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-550 Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. Multifeeder's Engineering team will create a system drawing for customer approval. System Integration and testing includes testing of all individual pieces to perform as one complete system. Integration also includes testing of the feeding performance of the smallest and largest sample sizes at the rate specified. System Integration includes a Factory Acceptance Test to verify system performance before shipment of the smallest and largest sample sizes at the rate specified. This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeders with the transport conveyor. Multifeeder can provide installation and integration services as an option at our standard rates. A sales incentive is included for an order placed or before February 9th, 2018. Options available: Other options include a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and Standard Feeder Installation.

Steve making good progress. Will initiate payment once punch list is complete. 9/13: Steve is working on setup for samples. FAT document approved by client. FAT set for 9/18. 9/6: Received the 4th sample. 5th sample should arrive tomorrow. FAT document has been updated and sent to client for approval yesterday. Steve working on set up. Filmed video of U shaped product yesterday (most difficult). FAT 9/18 8/30: Both machines are in Integration. Steve working on set up of horse shoe shaped product. Still waiting on samples to arrive. 8/23: Agreement on additional product change order cost. Belt is here for APL. Client is sending in additional products related to change order. FAT is scheduled for 9/18. 8/16: Still waiting for response from customer on fee for additional product 8/9: Push back on fee from customer. Waiting for response. 8/2: Customer wants to add a few more samples to FAT document. Can pay fee to add 5th. 7/26: Feeder complete. Starting to build APLs. Running into parts issues. 7/19: In production. 7/12: Pulled. Production building feeders. 6/21: Waiting on parts. Looking good. Need team approval on FAT document before sending to customer. 6/14: No change. 6/6: Still waiting on parts. Have all parts for feeders. 5/31: Waiting for parts. 5/24: Everything is on order 5/17: In procurement. Quoting parts. 5/10: Kicked off yesterday. In procurement 4/5: Ed Kraft attempting to set up a call with Elring reps. this week 3/29: Ed Kraft had meeting. Mark or Ed Kraft will reach out to Elring and propose two additional conveyors to allow our machine to mount to their machine. Either Elring to provide or MFT. Waiting on verbal commitment to continue. 3/22: Ed Kraft scheduled a meeting with client at 11:00pm 3/23. Need to figure out confusion with layout with client. 3/15: Client wants to have a call. Mark working to schedule this week. 3/8: On hold until we receive payment and signed layout drawing. 3/1: Sent revised layout to customer yesterday. Said payment was processed on 2/14 and have not received it yet. No response on emails asking if it has been sent. 2/22: In ME. 2/15: Check mailed yesterday. Will verify height tomorrow. 2/8: Waiting for payment still. Lindsay will try calling Belcorp to see if he can follow up 2/1: Waiting for down payment
