Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 550XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be equipped with the High Performance Drive Package to allow for speed greater than 150 PPM and discharge side guiding to register the products as they are fed. Optional items: HD 425 Heavy Duty Rear Support Curve Assembly to support longer products, HDSR 1000-550 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility, Accutipping Repeat Controller with encoder to follow the speed of your existing line and tie it to the base.
