Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 250XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will accurately place a product onto the moving base product using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back. As the products exit the discharge of the feeder the Pressure Roller will secure it to the base product. The feeder will be mounted an integrated by Thompson Direct. The proposed system consists of Impresso 4" Label Applicator which will remove and dispense your labels from the linear. The labeler will accurately place a product onto the moving base product using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back. The system will mount onto a T-Based Low Toe stand on rollers. Optional items: Straddle Mount for the feeder, High Performance Drive Package for the feeder and the labeler (one each required)for speeds beyond 300PPM.
