Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT V 250XLD Signature Series Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your envelopes from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The discharge will be approximately 24" long to allow Arroweye to scan the product as they are fed. As the products exit the discharge of the feeder they will be collected in shingled fashion onto the shingling conveyor. At the end of the shingling conveyor will be angled end stops which will regroup the products. The feeder will be mounted directly to the shingling conveyor by an extruded mount.
Notes: Arroweye Solutions W.O. 2017164 11/22: In shipping 11/16: Starting integrating but had to move Brian. Will get back on it today. Trouble damaging envelope windows. 11/9: In Production. Waiting on some parts for shingling conveyor. 11/2: Processed through procurement. Waiting for some parts but starting on feeders
