Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 250FXED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be equipped with a flexible discharge which will present the products from horizontal to vertical. Once a dry contact is received from Ultra Packaging via the signal interface cable (this signal will be timed based on the speed of the conveyor from Ultra Packaging). The feeder will then feed a leaflet into a carton on Ultra's existing conveyor. Ultra Packaging will mount the feeder over their line. Ultra Packaging's conveyor will run in continuous motion at 60 boxes per minute with a repeat distance of 6". In this configuration the linear line speed will be about 10 meters per minute. Optional items: I/O Card for additional signal interface capability, HDSR 1000-250/350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility (for 90 degree mounting to your line).

Project requires exit of flex discharge to be slightly above this height, with some vertical adjustment if possible.
