Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be counted into batches and collected in the ADT 250/350 Automatic Drop Table. Once the start sensor detects a passing lug the ADT will drop the stack and begin counting the next batch. The system will be mounted onto the HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers. Optional items: MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder for wider width capability (up to 300mm wide), HDSR 1000-250/350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility.
