Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 350XLD HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will include discharge side guiding to register the product as they are fed. The feeder will use the Accutipping Controller with encoder to accurately place the product onto your web. The feeder will be equipped with 20mm wide feed belts to allow the feeder to feed products down to 30mm wide. The bridge belts will allow you to feed products down to 30mm in length.
Notes: Iwai Tsusho: WO 2017139 9/28: Ship tomorrow. 9/21: Done in production. Waiting for encoders. Will ship to Iwai when they arrive. Shipping delayed until first week of October because payment not sent until 9/29. 9/20: Per Satoshi, he is now expecting payment to be to MFT on October 2nd. Estimated ship date has been adjusted to October 3rd to reflect this new information. 9/14: Encoders due 9/20 or 9/21. May want to hold order to wait to ship encoders with order. Waiting for response from customer 8/31: In Production. Not started yet. 8/24: Kicked off 8/23. Goal to ship with other order on 9/18
