Project Scope: The proposed system consist of (2) MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeders which will separate and feed your products up to 200mm wide. Each feeder will be equipped with a Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback which will provide accurate product placement. A Pressure Roller will aid the transfer from the feeder to your existing conveyor. I’ve included the low product sensor and stack-light which will display machine status via stack-light. The units will be mounted and integrated by MBO.
