Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 250XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. Once a start sensor detects a passing base product the feeder will dispense a product. The pressure roller will aid the transfer from the feeder to the conveyor. Optional items: High Performance Drive Package for speeds beyond 300 PPM, Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder to accurately place the product during line speed changes.
