Project Scope: This proposal consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 950 IP3 SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder systems to feed carton blanks onto an existing transport at a rate of up to 60 per minute. The MFT 950 IP3 SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will gently separate your carton blanks from a vertical stack of the in feed hopper of the feeder and will transfer them individually onto the 900mm (35.43") long discharge of the feeder. The feeder will be equipped with Dual Vacuum Track Assemblies each consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that allows each feeder to better grip the products as they are fed. A Photo Optic Sensor Assembly will be mounted onto the discharge of the feeder to signal the feeder to provide a reference point for the carton blank to stop on the discharge of the feeder. The top discharge belts of the feeder will be positioned to allow space for a customer supplied and integrated magnet applicator (3" wide x 8" long) will apply a magnet to the carton blank when it is in the rest position. The feeder will be signaled to feed and will provide back feeder status via a Standard Interface Cable Assembly. The feeder will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-950 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. Options Available: Other options include a Low Product Sensor Assembly, a spare parts kit, and standard feeder installation.

Need input on client on where magnet will be applied on product. 9/7: Center shafts in the shop due to be complete today per Vic. 8/31: Samples have arrived. Waiting for base plates (due next week) 8/24: New samples on the way. 8/17: Waiting on parts and validation samples.
