Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 350 V3 XED Signature Series Friction Feeder system to present self mailers into a customer supplied and integrated Ameritek Tabbing machine at a rate of up to 250 per minute. The MFT 350 Friction feeder will gently separate your mailers from a vertical stack and will transported them individually onto the 375mm (14.86") long discharge of the feeder. The MFT 350 V3 will be signaled to feed the mailers into the tabber at a user select count per minute using the feeder's demo mode. The feeder can be mounted onto an optional HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. The feeder can be configured with optional Backer Repeat Mode consisting of an encoder with wheel mounted on your base machine to monitor the speed of the base machine. As the speed of the base machine changes, the computer timing compensation package will vary the speed and timing of the feeder to ensure that the paper sheet is placed accurately on the transport regardless of the speed of the base machine. This proposal assumes that the customer will mount and integrate the feeder with the tabbing machine. Multifeeder can provide mounting, integration, installation service as an option at our standard rates. Options Available: An optional APL 2000-290 Automatic Product Loader (2000mm x 290mm) inline configuration can be used to allow for an optimum stack height in the in feed magazine of the feeder and for increased in feed magazine capacity. The MFT 350 system can be mounted onto an optional HDSR 1000-350 Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. An optional Vacuum Track Assembly consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travels over the chamber can be used to best grip the products as they are fed. Other options include a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and Standard Feeder Installation.
