Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 550SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed the outer edge of the product will be folded twice. The folds will be done with the Plow Fold Assemblies and Split Top Discharge Kit to provide access to the product. A buckle fold assembly will provide a fold to the inline front flap of the product as it passes the discharge. Once a start pulse is received from the start sensor detecting a passing lug on your existing lugged in feed the feeder will dispense one product into the lug. Wheat Valley Bakery will be responsible for forming the folds into a square shape once on their conveyor. Optional items: Barcode Reader to scan a barcode as they are fed, low product sensor and stack light to alert operator if the product is running low,HDCSR 1000-550 Heavy Duty Cantilevered Stand on Rollers to straddle your existing conveyor for mounting.

Ready to ship when we get the go ahead. 2/14: Hunter working on this. 2/7: Hunter started work on this yesterday. Owe them a video no later than 2/27 per legal documents. 1/31: Processing through legal agreement to determine milestone dates. i.e. video, approval etc. Procurement working on pulling additional parts for machine. One possible shortage for possible manifold assembly. 9/28: Legal letter arrived yesterday. Peter will draw up letter and response. 9/14: Holding until we hear back from client. 9/7: Integration completed work and filmed FAT video. Video was given to client with request for additional samples. No word from client for a few weeks. 8/31: Should be done this week. Waiting for samples. 8/17: Parts due this week. 8/10: Belts are bad. Being rejected in inspection. Remaining parts due 8/16.
