Project Scope: System consists of an MFT Impresso Labeler Assembly RH 4" mounted horizontally to a low-toe RL Craig stand which will place labels onto passing boxes. The labeler mounting will include a crank adjustable assembly to allow the labeler to be positioned closer/further away from the box. The labeler will make use of Accutipping software w/encoder in order to speed match the passing boxes for accurate placement. A start sensor will trigger the labeler to apply a label as a box passes the sensor. The boxes will be travelling on a conveyor which will present them to the labeler.
Notes: MFT Label Expo Impresso Labeler W.O. 2017109 8/31: Should be done in Integration tomorrow. 8/28: Added S/N to WO, switching labeler to one of the RH Essentra labelers. 8/24: Bob assisting Micah. Waiting on stand (to arrive on Monday) 8/17: Waiting on stand. 8/3: Stand outstanding. Ordered from RL Craig Due 8/31. 7/20: Standard 4" Impresso. Can have standard mount.
