Project Scope: System consists of an MFT Impresso Labeler Assembly RH 8" mounted horizontally to a low-toe RL Craig stand which will place labels onto passing boxes. The labeler mounting will include a crank adjustable assembly to allow the labeler to be positioned closer/further away from the box. The labeler will make use of Accutipping software w/encoder in order to speed match the passing boxes for accurate placement. A start sensor will trigger the labeler to apply a label as a box passes the sensor. The boxes will be travelling on a conveyor which will present them to the labeler.
Notes: MFT Pack Expo Impresso Labeler W.O. 2017108 8/31: Done except for video/demo/approval 8/24: Brian identified an issue this morning. Sent email to Nicole for help. Roy checking on label due date. 8/17: Brian working on this. 8/10: Integration working on modifying the QC conveyor and stand. Waiting on new labels to be ordered. 7/20: Peter and Ed to sort out conveyor. 7/13: Sending Impresso labeler to Procurement to get a jump on this order. ME still working on spec for conveyor.
