Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 550XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from the in feed hopper of the feeder. This feeder will be equipped with High Performance to provide higher speed operation as well as the Continuous Accutipping Repeat Controller with encoder to allow the feeder to automatically follow the speed of the conveyor. Using the Continuous Accutipping Repeat Controller will allow the operator set a product repeat distance to maximize the systems throughput. The VTC 4000-550 will be equipped with 2" individual belts which will allow you to perform folding operations. Optional items: Discharge side guiding for the feeder to register the product as it is fed, SC 2000-550 Shingling Conveyor to collect the products as the exit the conveyor, Tipping feeder mount with X slides and Y crank, Buckle Fold Assembly (product dependent) to buckle fold the product as they are transported, Page Opener (motor driven) to open the top sheet as a product is fed.
