Project Scope: The proposed system consists of (2) MFT IP 250XED HCP and (1) MFT IP 350XED HCP Industrial Performance base feeders. The units will have Continuous Accutipping (speed match on 250's and repeat on 350's) Controllers with encoder feedback for accurate product placement. The MFT IP 350XED HCP Feeders will be a base feeder and equipped with Speed Compensation for base feeding operations. The (2) MFT IP 250ED Elastic Belt Feeders will be equipped with Cardline Control for integration into your system controller for use as a base feeder.
Notes: Precision Finishing Systems W.O. 2017102 They need (1) 250HCP tipping system and (1) 350 base feeder in 1 - 2 weeks. The second 250HCP in 4 weeks from what date? The remaining 250 base feeders for early August. 7/10: Julie missed sending the preshipment ck on 6/30. Sending it 7/10. 7/6: Packed and sitting on the dock. Scheduled to ship 7/11. Can ship early if money arrives. 6/29: 1st shipment shipped. 2nd shipment will ship next week. Preshipment ck will be cut 6/30. 6/22: Preshipment ck for 1st shipment was mailed on 6/19. Packaged today (1st of 3) Ship 6/23 6/15: Order shipping in 3 batches. Next in line to be picked by procurement.
