Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 250SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your 2” X 3” products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be accurately placed onto your existing base using the computer controlled Continuous Accutipping Controller which will use an encoder to track the speed and line changes of your base. The system will mount onto an extruded mounting frame so the base of the feeder is about your overhead conveyor tracks and the discharge extends down into your system. The discharge of the feeder will consists of an open frame discharge which will allow the product to get closer to your side rails on your existing machine to allow your booklet to be tipped in the center of your base product. (assuming your side carrier belt uses 1" of the product)
