Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 250XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder. The feeder will be equipped with the Hard Carcass Package which includes Hard Carcass discharge belts, discharge side guiding and low profile nose rollers. The Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback will allow you to accurately tip products onto your existing base. The feeder will be mounted by Multi-packaging Solutions Optional items: Stack light for machine status, Straddle Mount Assembly (standard construction) to mount the feeder, Mag Stripe Reader to allow the system to read mag stripes as they are fed (does not include any controller).
Notes: Multipackaging Solutions W.O. 2017093 7/13: New revised parts. Moved back to Production. Hope to have Bob work on it Monday morning. 7/6: Mag stripe issue. Micah working on solution. In shop to resolve. 6/29: In Integration. Difficulties with mag stripe reader. 6/22: Getting mag stripe reader. Done and out the first week of July. 6/15: Discharge in production. On hold waiting for client communication to proceed. 6/13: Down payment and prior to ship payment will be ACHed on 6/16. If discharge is ready before 6/16 they asked if we could ship this week knowing the ACH is set up. 6/8: Additional discharge requested to ship ahead/separate. Goal to ship discharge by 6/12 if we receive money. 6/1: Pending kick off
