Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 550XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be tied to your base using an encoder and the Continuous Accutipping Repeat Controller. As the products are transported down the discharge of the feeder they will be registered with side guides. The unit will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-550 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility.
Notes: 6/15: Scheduled to be in Integration tomorrow. Jim needs to set onsite FAT date with client (late next week?) 6/8: Released to production. Waiting for parts (1" shaft out for plating - due middle of next week) 5/31: Sending a check USPS for down payment and preshipment payment 6/1. Kicked off 5/31. In procurement for processing. Build with P-brackets and long collars
