Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products exit the discharge of the feeder they will be timed to your conveyor using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back. Optional items: High Performance Drive Package for increased feeding speeds, HDSR 1000-250/350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers to mount the system onto a crank adjustable stand.
Notes: 6/22: Backordered encoder received and should ship this week. 6/9/2017 Back order 1 custom Encoder. 6/8: Communication error on how many encoders were needed. Will pack order with one encoder and then order 2nd encoder and ship separately. Clay will notify Satoshi of this issue. 6/1: Update PO items have been added. Jim checking on shipping information and then can ship. 5/25: Waiting for client approval. 5/18: In production. Should be done and into PV and QA by EOD Wednesday 5/24
