Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT V 350XLD Signature Series Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be transported down the discharge where Multifeeder will mount the customers existing print head, print controller and encoder over the discharge of the feeder. Onmark will be responsible for getting the ink system started up and applying ink. Optional items: HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility, Catch Tray with start sensor to accumulate the product after they exit the discharge of the feeder and to automatically restart the feeder once the operator removes the batch.
Notes: 6/22: Released preshipment ck afternoon of 6/21. Client has requested that they pick up the equipment 6/27 with their own vehicle. Payment came today. Approved to ship but want to pick up next Tuesday. 6/15: Integration completed. Client visited schedule for 6/19 9:30am. 6/8: FAT samples received. Waiting on printer equipment to be received. Should be 6/9. Integration should start on 6/12 pending receiving printer. 6/1: In Integration. Waiting on printing equipment from client. (will ship 6/2 per client) Integration won't start until we receive printer. Samples due no later than 6/9. Integration start 6/12 5/25: In productions. Should be to Integration on Tuesday. 5/11: Will kick off Monday. Processing down payment today.
