Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 550SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are transported through the discharge of the feeder they will be labeled by the Impresso Label applicator. A start sensor will signal the labeler to apply a label. The unit will be equipped with a static minimizer to reduce the effects of static build up in the product as they exit. As the products exit the discharge of the feeder they will be accumulated in a catch tray for an operator to process. Both the feeder and labeler will be mounted onto a common stand to provide portability to the system. Valley Forge will send a representative to MFT for factory acceptance approval. Optional items: Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback to accurately apply the label during any line speed variation.
Notes: Valley Forge Flag Company W.O. 2017078 8/24: Punch list complete. FAT video sent to client for approval. Communicated that approval needed by 12:00pm CST 8/24 to ship tomorrow. Preshipment ck was mailed 8/18 8/23: Updated Work order, Hunter 8/17: Ship date changed to 8/23 due to post FAT Punch List that needs to be addressed. Customer satisfied and punch list is being worked. What does the customer want to see for validation of punch list?? Clay will talk to Jim. 8/11: Emailed client invoice due after successful FAT and let know we need before shipping. (Lindsay) 8/10: Estimated ship date being pushed out due to client not communicating the date in which they will visit for the FAT. 7/6: No change 6/29: Processed and waiting on parts. Production won't start until end of July. 6/22: Processing in procurement. 6/15: Processing in Procurement. Currently stuck waiting for ME. (peel plate today, spare parts kit Tues.) 6/8: ME released yesterday. In procurement for processing. 6/1: ME starting today. Design done by Monday 6/5 5/25: Customer may accept show labeler for quicker delivery. Will look at it once it comes back from the show.
