Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT V 350XED Signature Series Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be signaled to feed by a start sensor mounted over your conveyor to detect a passing lug. The HD 425 Heavy Duty Rear Support curve assembly will support the back of the product. The end customer will mount the machine. Optional items: Batch Count to count more than one product per start pulse, HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility, MFT V 550 Feeder and stand for wider product capability.
Notes: 5/18: In shipping awaiting FAT approval. Larry contacting Nick @ Garrido for shipping info. 5/16: Preshipment payment mailed 5/11: Moved to Integration this morning. Start next week. 5/4: Money on its way. Fully processed. Will be ready for production by 5/5. Production hoping to start late 5/5. 5/16: Extra fish plate added for heavy duty support at Integration, Video FAT & internal PV carried out for 3 samples ready for Q/A
