Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 350XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The products will be individually transferred through the top and bottom belted discharge to hold the products squarely as they are fed. Once a start sensor detects a passing base product the feeder will accurately place the product using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback. A motor driven pressure roller will aid the transfer from the feeder to the base product. The proposed system is guaranteed to place your products at +/- 1/32" with a 98% bell curve at up to 150 products per minute based on a linear speed of 54 meters per minute. This will be demonstrated at Multifeeder on our vacuum base prior to shipment where the customer will approve the system has met this criteria. If the system is not able to achieve these results Multifeeder will either make necessary modifications to achieve these results or will return the down payment.
