Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an CLOSED FRAME VTC 4000-550 Vacuum Track Conveyor which will allow access to the entrance and exit of the conveyor with your other equipment. The VTC will secure the product in place with the use of the vacuum generator so you don't have to have top roller hold downs which will result in quicker and easier setups of the line. Over the line there will be (2) MFT IP 350XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeders which will be equipped with hard carcass belting material so there is no belt stretch. The feeders will use the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback for accurate product placement. Plow fold assemblies will allow you to do plow folding after the tipping feeders. Post Press will use one of their existing Multifeeder Pressure Roller assembly on one of the tipping units. Optional items: Plow fold assemblies, Vacuum Chamber upgrades.
Notes: 6/29: Shipping today. 6/22: In Integration. Bob making good progress. On track for 6/28 ship. Video to Jim today or by Monday 6/15: Cleared EE and now in Integration. Steve will start 6/16 after KOA punch list. Goal to ship by 6/28. What we owe them for FAT video is clear. 6/8: VTC frame delayed coming to MFT. Meeting to discuss this afternoon. Vendor coming in today to fix defects. 6/6: Production sent the Vacuum chambers to the shop to have more port holes added. 6/1: Waiting on the frame. 5/25: In procurement. Waiting on parts. Frame should arrive next week which should complete to pick by week of 5/26. 5/18: Mark B to update lead time on parts to Clay. Feeders for order are built in production. 5/11: In procurement. Waiting on parts. 5/4: In procurement. Fully processed next week. 4/20: ME will have release by 4/21 at latest. 4/13: In ME. Should be done by 4/20. Will start on feeders ahead of time. Check with Penny on 4/19 on start date
