Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 750XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be started and stopped through the control panel on the feeder. The maximum speed of the feeder is 60 MPM. Optional items: High Performance Drive Package for a maximum linear speed of 90 MPM, Accutipping Repeat with encoder to follow the speed of your existing line, Product Support HD 425 for longer and/or less ridged products, Discharge Side Guiding to register the product in the discharge of the feeder, J1 Signal Interface Cable to get machine status, Vacuum Chamber and L28 vacuum pump to provide increased feeding support.
