Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 350SLD Industrial Performance servo driven friction feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be equipped with an Open Frame 75mm wide Discharge to allow the product to extend past the side rails of the discharge. The system will use the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback to follow the speed of your line and provide accurate product placement. A start sensor will signal the feeder when a base product is passing. The unit will be mounted onto an extruded mounting assembly over your line. Multifeeder will provide a performance guarantee that the system will feed and place approved products provided to Multifeeder at time of order. The system will feed them per the quoted speeds and maintain a placement accuracy of +/- 1/8" or better. In order to qualify for the performance guarantee installation and training, which is included in this proposal, must be purchased with the equipment. This performance guarantee requires the machine to be used in accordance with the manual and setup/operated by factory trained personal. Optional items: High Performance Drive Package for speeds greater than 300 ppm, Discharge Side Guiding to register the product as it is fed, Open Frame Discharge Assembly 125mm wide.

System anticipated to be out of production by end of day today. 6/8: Delay in parts. (6 critical parts) due 6/13, trying to improve. 6/1: Waiting on parts. 5/25: Waiting on parts. Due 6/8 5/11: In procurement. Waiting on parts. Due in first week of June. 6/23 ship date. Customer would like sooner if we are able to. 5/4: Mid next week should be fully processed in procurement 4/27: Need to have ME make sure side guides are added to the new release 4/20: Still in ME. Should be released 4/25 to Procurement. Clay needs procurement lead time from Mark B. 4/13: 4/20 check in with Ed. 4/6: Waiting for sensor to come in - Discharge on hold. ME back on it 4/12 after Nahan. 3/30: Clay to get part numbers from Ed by 4/4. Then can move to procurement. Lead time will be 6 weeks after it moves to procurement 3/23: Redesign in ME. "
