Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT V 250ED Signature Series Friction Feeder and (2) MFT V 350ED Signature Series Friction Feeders to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will have a 197mm long discharge for transporting the products from the in feed. Once a lug is detected by the start sensor the feeder will dispense a single product into your existing conveyor. The SMCT side mount catch tray will allow the MFT V 350 feeders to mount 90 degrees to your line. The end customer will mount the MFT V 250 over their existing conveyor and the MFT V 350 feeders will be mounted onto a stand on rollers for height adjustment and mobility. Optional items: Multiple Product Detect to allow the feeder to detect doubles as they are fed (product testing required), Batch Count to allow the feeder to count more than one product per start pulse.
