Project Scope: The proposed system consist of an MFT IP 250SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your tags from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the tags are fed through the servo driven discharge section of the feeder a label will be applied by the Print and Apply Label Applicator. After the label is applied the products will exit the disharge of the feeder where they will be accumulated into batches in an IMCT 250 Catch Tray. Once the batch count has been reached the feeder will pause until an operator removes the batch from the catch tray at which time the feeder will automatically begin counting the next batch.
Notes: Duplicate of Order # 2015094 4/27: Project should move from Integration to QA 4/27 - If we have the client money in time Should ship Tuesday. 4/20: Chad from Avery will be in 4/21 AM to assist with labeler setup. No ribbon currently, is this needed? 4/13: In integration. CONFIRM ON TRACK 4/17 4/6: In Integration. Labeler came in Tuesday night and needs to clear customs. 3/30: In production. To integration late 3/31. In second burn in. 3/23: On schedule for parts. Waiting for RL Craig and Labeler. Should be able to move to production while we wait for parts 3/16: Waiting on parts 3/9: Video FAT only. End of month for RL Craig stands. Other parts prior to that. 3/2: On order.
