Project Scope: This proposal consists of a MFT 550 IP3 XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder system to chipboard divider sheets into stationary cases traveling intermittent motion on your existing transport at a rate of up to 30 per minute. Note: This is not a wash down feeder. The room temperature is 42-45 degrees and is damp. The MFT 550 IP3 WD XED feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack of the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed, they will be transported individually through the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. The chip board sheets will be fed into stationary cases traveling intermittent motion on your existing transport. The feeder electronics will be removed from each feeder and will be mounted in a separate conveyor control box. Additional convers will be placed over the control panel, power entry module, and connector locations. The electronics can be removed from the conveyor control box by the customer to be to be mounted inside a customer supplied enclosure with 15 meter long cables to the feeder. The feeder will be equipped with an Input/output board to allow the feeder to receive a 24V signal to enable/disable the Auto On/Off(input), and Clear/Cancel (input). This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeder with the existing conveyor. As an option, Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation, and integration services as an option. Additional quantity discounts of: 2% for the purchase of two feeders on the same purchase order. 3% for the purchase of three feeders on the same purchase order. 4% for the purchase of four feeders on the same purchase order. 5% for the purchase of five feeders on the same purchase order. Other available options: As an option, your existing MFT 550 V3 XED Signature Series Friction Feeder (PO518323, MFT WO2016102) can be returned for 100% credit toward the purchase of the MFT 550 IP3 Friction Feeder system for an order placed on or before February 25th, 2017. As an option, the feeder can be equipped with a wash down grade motor at additional investment. Other options include a spare parts kit, and standard feeder installation.
