Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 250XED Wash-Down Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be accurately placed onto the top of your passing tubs using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back. The feeder will be mounted onto a cantilevered stand on rollers to extend over your existing line. This proposal is contingent upon successful test of customer products.
Notes: 4/20: Waiting from clients shipping org. to provide information on shipping. Will ship once info is received. 4/13: Tom to check with Brian on holdup. Brian PV on 4/14. Jim to send link to have customer approve so we can ship 4/6: Got control box from Jeff. Integration to work on today hopefully. FAT video due 4/7. Needs second burn in. 3/30: Waiting on control box. Will start from scratch. Should be done 4/3. On schedule for PV 4/5 3/23: Feeders moving to Integration today. Waiting on electrical components to come in. Need to burn in electrical. 3/16: In production. Parts for electrical by end of the month. 3/9: Still waiting for passivated parts (hopefully 3/9). 3/2: Video FAT. Down payment prior to ship check cut 3/3 2/23: Case have been modified. Pulley still needs to be modified. Will be done by 3/3. EE needs to release ECN for box. 2/21 : LL emailed asking for down payment status 2/16: Need to check with procurement on the pulling of parts so that case and pulley can be modified by the shop. Need to wait for Mark B. to return for passivation part questions. Ed will make sure the bracket is done at the same time as case and pulley. 2/9: Neal approves moving forward without DP. Kick off meeting today. "
