Project Scope: The proposed equipment consists of (2) MFT IP 750XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The units will use the Continuous Accutipping Repeat Controller with encoder feed back to place the product onto your existing conveyor at a user settable repeat distance. (repeat distance to be as small as possible to keep linear speed 90 mpm or less). Optional items: HD 425 Heavy Duty Rear Support Curve assembly to support a longer product.
