Project Scope: The proposed system consists of (5) MFT V 250ED Signature Series Friction Feeders to separate and feed your wrapped bandages from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be signaled to feed by PT Markindo via the Signal Interface Cable. Once a dry contact is received the feeder will feed one product per start pulse. The feeder and APL will be mounted by PT Markindo. The Automatic Product Loader will provide increased loading capacity to the system. Optional items: Stack Light to alert the operator of machine status, Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity, Vacuum Chamber and Vacuum Piab to provide increased feeding support, Relay Interface Box to provide a dry contact when the feeder is in a red light condition, HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility, Batch Count Mode to allow the feeders to count out batches, Additional APL leg assembly with feeder mount so the feeder can mount off of APL.

Pull 1, complete, and then work on the next 4. 1/19: Built 1 system (1 feeder, 1 apl) so far. In Integration now. Production to start working on other 4 feeders next week. 1/26: Machine 1 tested and modified and video done. Waiting for parts due 2/14 "
