Project Scope: This proposal consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 350 V3 XED Signature Series Friction Feeder (CE Compliant) to feed paper sheets up to 300mm wide into the flighted in feed of an existing Muller Martini bookbinding line with a sewing machine at a rate of up to 22 per minute. The MFT 350 V3 XED feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack of the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed, they will be transported individually through the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. The paper sheets will be fed one at a time into the Muller Martini machine perpendicular to flow. A Standard Interface Cable Assembly will be used to allow the host PLC to signal the feeder to feed and provide back feeder status. The feeder will be configured with Multiple Product Detection (Double Detection). A CE Compliant certificate will be supplied with the feeder shipment. The system will mount onto a HDSR 1000-350 Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. As an option, we have included the additional investment for shipping and crating DAP or DDP as per your request. Options Available: The MFT 350 V3 feeder can be equipped with optional Dual Vacuum Track Assemblies each consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that allows each feeder to better grip the products as they are fed. The MFT 350 V3 can be equipped with Batch Count Mode as an option. Other options include a Low Product Sensor Assembly, a spare parts kit, and standard feeder installation, Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly will be used to support that stack from the back as they are fed.
