Project Scope: This proposal consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 IP ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to tip CR 80 cards and other products up to 200mm (7.87") wide onto base products onto your existing Transport at a rate of up to 300 per minute with an accuracy of up to +/-1/8. This proposal includes terms of 25% down payment with order, 25% two weeks prior to shipment with 25% net 30 days and 25% net 60 days for an order placed on or before December 31st, 2016. Each MFT 250 Friction Feeder will gently separate your product up to 200mm (7.87") wide from a vertical stack of the in feed hopper of the feeder and will transport them individually onto the 197mm (7.8") long discharge of the feeder. The feeder will be signaled to feed a product into the pinch point of a customer-supplied and integrated pressure roller assembly by a Multifeeder supplied laser start sensor to detect the base carrier on the flat transport belt. Each MFT 250 feeder will be equipped with Continuous Motion Accutipping consisting software and an encoder to monitor the speed of the base machine. As the speed of the base machine changes the computer timing compensation software will vary the speed and the timing of the feeder to be certain that the cards are placed accurately onto the base products regardless of the speed of the host machine. This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeder with the existing transport base. Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation and integration services as an option at our standard rates. Options available: The Feeder can be equipped with optional serial control to allow the feeder to be controlled using commands given via the serial port on the feeder as an option. The feeder can be equipped with optional dual vacuum track assemblies each consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travel over the chamber to allow the feeder to better grip the products as they are fed (house vacuum supply). An optional vacuum supply can be purchased from Multifeeder. Other options include a Low Product Sensor Assembly, a spare parts kit, and standard feeder installation.
