Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a 350 HCP base feeder, a 250 HCP tipping feeder, a Driven Discharge and an elastic belt 250 IP. The base feeder will consist of a MFT IP 350ED HCP Industrial High Performance Friction Feeder which will be equipped with Cardline Control with encoder feedback to follow the speed of your existing line as well as allow you to communicate with the feeder via RS 232. The feeder will have a stack light to display machine status at a glance. The tipping systems will be dual stage tipping systems consisting of a MFT IP 250ED HCP Industrial High Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from the first stage into the second stage using the Continuous Accutipping Repeat Controller with encoder feedback. The products will be accurately placed from the MFT 350XED Driven Discharge Assembly using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back. A Pressure Roller will aid the transfer from the DD to the passing product. The feeder will have a stack light to alert the operator of machine status at a glance. The Driven Discharge will be equipped with Serial Control to allow you to get machine status and communicate with the feeder via RS 232. The MFT IP 250ED elastic belt Industrial Performance Friction Feeders will separate and feed your products. Once a start signal is received from your controller the feeder will feed a product. The speed of the feeder will be tied to the speed of your base through the Speed Compensation Controller. PFS will time the signal to align with their base product. Precision Finishing will provide the start sensors for the line and mounting of the tipping units. The MFT IP 350XED HCP Tipping Feeders will provide accurate product placement by using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder. There will be two base feeders consisting of a MFT IP 550XED HCP and MFT IP 350XED HCP which will each be equipped with Accutipping Repeat Controller with encoder feedback. Optional items: 550 Pressure Roller assembly to aid the transfer from the base feeder to your existing conveyor, Feeder and DD Straddle Mount assembly (X-Slide, Y-Crank) to mount the tipping feeder and DD over your existing base, Start Sensor to signal the feeder to feed, Signal Interface Cable to get machine status from J1 port, Relay Interface Box assembly to provide a dry contact when the feeder has a red light condition.
Notes: Note the there are (4) feeder sections in WO. Feeder 1 of 7 and Feeder 2 of 7 have already be completed. 10/7 - Feeder 3 & 4 need to be processed. 11/2 - feeders 5 & 6 to ship in 2 wks
