Project Scope: The proposed system consist of an MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the tags are transported through the discharge they will be held in place using the vacuum generator to supply vacuum to the Vac-Track on the system. As the products exit the disharge of the feeder they will be placed onto your existing conveyor. The feeder will run in batch count mode or continuous mode when the operator starts the system from the keypad on the feeder. The system will be mounted and integrated with secondary equipment by Avery. Optional items: HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility, Vacuum Track Assemblies with Vacuum Piab (not including air source) to provide increased feeding support for the product.
