Project Scope: The proposed system consists an MFT IP 250XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The product will be signaled to feed by a start sensor mounted over your line to detect a passing product. The feeder will use the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback. The feeder will be mounted by Western Graphics. The magazine side guides on the feeder will be at the 105 degree angle. (P/N's 2390700 and 2390800) The magazine side guides and product support rods will be standard in feed components (not HCP). Optional items: Pressure Roller Assembly to aid the transfer from the feeder to the conveyor, High Performance Drive Package for speeds beyond 300 ppm, Relay Interface Box to provide a dry contact when the feeder is in a red light condition, Straddle Mount Assembly - standard dimensions - 20" wide, Mag Stripe Reader to read mag stripes as they are fed through the feeder.
