Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 250XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are transported through the discharge of the feeder they will be secured in the discharge with 15mm wide discharge belts on the top and bottom. The discharge belts are adjustable along the width axis of the machine. Once a start sensor detects a passing lug the feeder will feed a product. The system will mount onto a HDSR 1000-250 stand on rollers for height adjustment and mobility.
