Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 550 IP3 XLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder system to present carton blanks up to 500mm (19.67") wide to be printed by a customer supplied and integrated Weber Marking system at a rate of up to 30 per minute. The MFT 550 feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack of the in feed hopper of the feeder. A Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly will be used to support the stack from the back. The products will be transported individually through the 600mm (23.64") long discharge of the feeder. Left and Right Discharge Side guide will be used to register the products side to side as they travel on the discharge of the feeder. A customer-supplied and integrated Weber Marking system will be mounted over the discharge of the feeder to print on the products as they travel on discharge of the feeder. The completed products will be transferred onto a customer supplied and integrated shingling conveyor for further processing. The MFT 550 will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-550 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. Options Available: The feeding system can transfer the printed products into the pinch point of an optional Pressure Roller Assembly on an optional SC 2000-550 Shingling Conveyor (2000mm x 550mm) for further processing. The MFT 550 can be equipped with optional Dual Vacuum Track Assemblies each consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travels over the chamber to allow the feeder to better grip the products as they are fed. Other options include a Low Product Sensor Assembly, a spare parts kit, and standard feeder installation.
