Project Scope: The MFT IP 550XLD HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The products will be fed into the MFT 350XLD Driven Discharge to match the repeat spacing of your base products. The products will be accurately placed onto your passing base product using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback. The system will be mounted onto an extruded straddle mount assembly which will straddle over your existing line. The maximum linear speed will be 130 meters per minute with placement accuracies at +/- 1.6mm (front to back and side to side) less any variations in the base product.
