Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 250ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder with 197mm long discharge to separate and feed your paper sheets from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be signaled to feed by a start sensor mounted over your existing line to detect a passing lug. The feeder will dispense one product per lug spacing. The feeder will be mounted by PPS. Optional items: HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility, Timing Speed Compensation with encoder to allow the feeder to account for any line speed changes and ramp up/down, Signal Interface Cable to allow PPS to send a dry contact to signal the feeder to feed in place of the start sensor.
