Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 250FXLD HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be equipped with a dual APL configuration. Product will be loaded onto the APL 1000-190 Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity which will place products into a sensor controlled hopper on the APL 2000-190 Automatic Product Loader. As the products are fed the APL's will automatically turn on to replenish the stack of products in the feeder as well as the APL hopper. Once a start sensor detects a passing box on your line the feeder will dispense a liquid pouch into the carton. The feeder will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. Dispense height will be 1400 mm to the top of the box. Optional items: Relay Interface Box to provide a dry contact if the feeder has a red light condition, Stack Light to alert operator of machine status at a glance and to display low product status if the low product sensor is purchased, CE Certification (price to be determined upon customer request), UL Certification (price to be determined upon customer request).
