Project Scope: The proposed offline systems consists of an Industrial Performance MFT 350IP Friction Feeder, Automatic Product Loader, High-Speed MFT 101HSM Labelers, and system integration. The customer's product will be loaded onto the Automatic Product Loader (APL) to load the product into a stack in the hopper of the MFT 350IP Friction Feeder. The product will then be separated and fed individually through the discharge of the 350IP. The product will pass under the MFT 101HSM Labeler that will be mounted in the discharge of the MFT 350IP. The MFT 101HSM will then apply a label to the product and the label will be folded around the booklet. The proposed online system consists of a High-Speed MFT 101HSM Labeler and Driven Discharge Assembly with plow label folding. The products will be transported through the online process. As the products are transported, the 101HSM will apply a label and then plow fold the label around the book. Samples need to be provided to Multifeeder Technology for proposal validation. OPTIONAL ITEMS: Reject on Error mechanics - The Reject-on-Error system will be activated and timed by the end customer. Reject Signal Tracking - The Reject signal will be sent from the end customer to the 350IP Friction Feeder. The will provide the ability to time and track the product. The signal will need to be sent to the 350IP before the trailing edge of the card passes the emitter receiver pair. SIGNAL LIGHT ASSY 250/350 45MM - A signal stack light has a green, yellow, and red indication to signal positive running, low product, and error/stoppage respectively. This indication visually informs an operator of equipment running status. HDSR 1000 250-350 - The HDSR is a High Duty Stand on Rollers for securely mounting 350IP Friction Feeder ADJUSTABLE STAND TOP - An adjustable top for the HDSR stand for easier and quicker operator 350IP line adjustments Hard Carcass Discharge Belt Upgrade - With applications of higher speeds, an upgrade to the Hard Carcass Discharge Belts can significantly improve product control and accuracies in comparison of the standard discharge belts. LABELER HSM 102 AIR STAND CONFIG W/ VACUUM TAKEAWAY - Compared to the 101HSM, the 102HSM Labeler has the same labeling process mechanics but has a vacuum takeaway for post-label reel rather than the rewind on the 101HSM.
