Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT V 250ED Signature Series Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be signaled to feed by the operator from the operator keypad. Samples will need to be provided to verify speeds and feed ability. Optional items: Serial Control and Null Modem Cable to remotely signal the feeder to feed, Discharge Side Guides to register the product in the discharge of the feeder, Batch Count Mode to allow the feeder to count products into batches, Multiple Product Detection to detect for multiple products being fed, Accutipping Repeat Controller with encoder to follow the speed of your existing conveyor, Product HD 425 Rear Support to support longer products.
